I purchased the trip of a lifetime Emmys package as part of Conde Nast Traveler’s December Facebook promotion. I have just returned home and wanted to write to report that the experience could not have been better. Jim Zissler and his staff were responsive both before and during my trip. Every part of my package was top-notch and surpassed expectations (and I travel a lot so I can be picky). I was provided with a detailed itinerary with contact information for the various services included, so I never worried. I would gladly use his company again! My friends and I set out to find a location for a bachelor party. We were thinking New Orleans but the Final Four was the same weekend. We looked all over the web for hotels and/or houses to rent and had no luck what so ever. We were just about to give up and select another location when we decided to reach out to Joanna. Through their connections they was able to get us several rooms (a variety) right on Bourbon St. They also were able to get us tickets to the Final Four and Championship game. The weekend was a huge success and none of it would have been possible without their help. If your travel needs require something unique, high-end or just out of the ordinary I HIGHLY recommend you call this place. They were very creative and accommodating with regards to bookings, etc. and took the time to understand our unique objectives. A++ service!

We have been very impressed with Jim Zissler and his ticket services. From finding us great seats to see Cold Play in Minneapolis this summer to the taping of Jimmy Fallon in NYC coming up in December – the experience of securing tickets has been terrific and the seats have been outstanding. As my son says – Jim “is the man” and gets 2 big thumbs up!!
